Stop paying retail on everything your fleet buys.
One sweep for the entire fleet.
Fleet Sweep pools the buying volume of hundreds of trucks and puts that leverage behind fleets running 1–20. Diesel, tires, maintenance, equipment and finance — one account, one statement, one call.
No cost to apply. No cost to see your rate.
Retail diesel today — — national average
Same trucks. Same kilometres. Two very different numbers.
Run the slider to your fleet size. The left side is what posted retail costs you today. The right is what the same fuel looks like on a Fleet Sweep cardlock account.
—
per year, at posted retail
- Pump price, whatever it is that day
- Drivers choose the station — and the price
- No spend controls, no product locks
- Receipts chased at month end
- IFTA reconciled by hand
- Separate vendors for tires, parts, equipment
—
per year, on member cardlock pricing
- Group pricing off posted retail, every fill
- Cards locked to diesel, limits per unit
- Geofencing — cards work where you say
- Every transaction visible in real time
- IFTA-ready exports, one weekly statement
- Tires, equipment and finance on the same account
Illustration only, not a quote. The retail side uses today's average posted diesel across the truck-stop markets in the ticker above, at an assumed 5,000 litres per truck per month. The member side applies a typical cardlock discount band off posted retail; your actual rate depends on your routes, volume, network mix and credit grade, and diesel prices move daily. We will quote your lanes specifically before you commit to anything.
Big-fleet buying power, pointed at smaller fleets
On your own, a five-truck fleet negotiates like a five-truck fleet. Inside the group, you buy on the combined volume of the whole book — and you get the controls and reporting a large fuel desk would run.
Group pricing
Your fills price off the group's combined volume, not your own. The discount lands automatically at the pump on every litre.
Card controls
Spend limits, diesel-only locks and geofencing per unit, so a card works where and how you decide — and nowhere else.
Real-time visibility
Every transaction as it happens. IFTA-ready exports and one weekly statement, so fuel stops being a month-end spreadsheet job.
A person on the phone
A named fleet representative for billing, disputes, card controls and site issues. Not a ticket number, not a call queue.
Diesel is the biggest line on your P&L. It is also the one you control least.
Posted retail at Canadian truck stops, as at —. Every cent of this comes straight off your margin, every time a driver fills.

National average posted retail across — truck-stop markets. High — · low — — a — spread you pay blind if nobody is routing your fills.
Most expensive markets today
Posted retail diesel at truck-stop locations across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario, as at the date shown above. Prices include applicable fuel taxes and exclude any card-program discount. Diesel is volatile and these figures are a snapshot, not a live quote — regional averages moved more than 25 cents a litre inside the last month alone. We will price your lanes specifically before you commit to anything.
Fuel is where it starts, not where it stops
Most fleets run a different vendor, a different account and a different payment cycle for every line of spend. Fleet Sweep puts them on one relationship — so the fuel conversation becomes the equipment conversation, and the equipment conversation becomes the finance conversation.

Tell us about the fleet and the fuel volume. We review credit, confirm the structure that fits, and come back with a rate against your actual lanes.
Get your cards
Cards ship per unit. Your portal is set up with the limits, product locks and geofencing you asked for before the first fill.
Start sweeping
Drivers fuel at member pricing. You watch it live. When equipment or finance comes up, it goes on the same account.
Open a Fleet Sweep account
A full credit application. Three steps, roughly eight minutes if you have your numbers in front of you.
- No cost to apply or to see your rate
- Built for fleets running 1–20 trucks
- Reviewed in-house, usually the same week
- A real person walks you through the program
Every credit-bearing account carries a personal guarantee. That is not negotiable for anyone, and we would rather say it now than at signature. Credit exposure is capped at one billing cycle — roughly a week of fuel — which is how the program stays safe for everyone in it. If a file does not support credit, we will offer a prepaid account and review again on payment history.
